POLICIES:

·          All submitted proposals will go through a “blind-review” process as soon as possible.  Once decisions (acceptance or rejection) have been made, individuals will be notified by e-mail and will be furnished information, such as conference registration, hotel room reservation, and publication guidelines, if applicable, based upon reviewers’ recommendations.

·          Based on publication guidelines, the author(s) of each accepted proposal will prepare his/her/their manuscript for publication in the E-BUSINESS REVIEW, Volume IX, a peer-reviewed/refereed publication. (ISSN: 1550-7793) (ISBN:0-9707955-8-0)

·          The IAE-B also intends to publish several outstanding papers in their entirety in the Journal of E-Business, and/or in a book of readings in E-Commerce or E-Business in collaboration with a well known-publishing company that has already contacted the Academy.  All authors will be invited to submit their manuscript for publication consideration.

·          The IAE-B intends to award certificates to top five “Outstanding Research” papers. The “Best Undergraduate Student Paper”  certificate may also be awarded if there is sufficient student participation.

·          The tentative deadline for pre-registration of paper presenters and for The E-Business Review submissions is January 15, 2009.

·          The Academy reserves the right to alter any policies, including submission guidelines, without any notice. Due to time and space limitations, the Academy may or may not allow more than two paper presentations by the same individual (solo or as co-author.)

(Late proposals may be accepted and reviewed. However, because of time and space constraints, proposals received prior to the deadline will certainly receive preferential treatment.)
